One of the biggest turning points in the growth of MOBE was in 2013, when we introduced our front-end offer, MTTB.
MTTB offered customers the opportunity to make high ticket commissions, and someone else would do the selling. It was a big hit with the marketplace.
The reason the offer did so well is this. It was compelling, it made big promises and it was simple enough to understand.
If an idea is too complicated, it won’t penetrate the market.

FROM COMPLICATED TO SIMPLE
T.J. Rohleder’s business has always provided marketing services to its clients. The services have included lead generation, customer service and other marketing activities that the clients may not want to do themselves.
Originally, T.J.’s business offered these services in a smorgasboard fashion. The clients could pick and choose which services they wanted. For example, a client might pay to have their lead generation done for them, while retaining responsibility for their own customer service.
Unfortunately, business was not going so well.
T.J. spoke with his mentor, Russ von Hoelscher, on the phone. Russ immediately knew how T.J. could turn his business around.
He advised T.J. to simplify his offer.
Instead of presenting clients with an overwhelming variety of services to pick and choose from, the business switched to offering a complete service that included everything. The lead generation, customer service and everything else were all bundled under one simple price tag.
With this change, new business came flooding in, the clients loved the simplicity and the competitors even started copying it.
WHAT IS YOUR IRRESISTIBLE OFFER?
In your business, you need to have an irresistible offer.
Think for a while. If you had super powers and you were able to offer your customers anything at all, what would they most want?
If MOBE were able to offer its clients a machine that prints them money without them having to do any work, we’d be a very successful company.
Of course, we can’t do that, but we can craft offers that come as close as possible.
Do the same with your business. Ask yourself what would be the magic pill that your customers couldn’t say no to. Then, craft an offer that comes as close to it as possible.
