When Domino’s Pizza entered the competitive pizza market, it was able to capture a big market share very quickly.
How? By making an irresistible offer. They guaranteed hot pizza delivered in 30 minutes or less – something that no competitor could beat. People couldn’t turn this offer down.
Even if your business doesn’t sell pizza, there is a template for creating an offer that’s equally irresistible to your customers.
In this video, I reveal the template for an irresistible offer.
“HOW YOU CAN” GET THE BENEFIT
Start the offer with “How You Can” and follow with a benefit. The bigger the benefit, the more irresistible the offer. Do whatever you can to offer the biggest benefit of your market.
Think about what your market wants and demands. In internet marketing, it’s big commissions, no sales calls, automation.
Here are some examples:
“How You Can Make $1,250, $3,300 and $5,500 Commissions”
“How You Can Run Your Whole Business on Autopilot”
“How You Can Get the Body You’ve Always Dreamed Of”
Keep the offer simple. Don’t try to squeeze in 5 or 6 different benefits. Focus on just 1 or 2 big ones that will attract the most attention.
The next part of the offer is “Without.”
As soon as you offer a big benefit, you’ll create objections. People will instinctively think they need to give up a lot to get the benefit. If you can promise the benefit without a big cost, you will take the irresistibility of your offer to the next level.
Here are some examples:
“How You Can Make $1,250, $3,300 and $5,500 Commissions, Without Picking Up the Phone”
“How You Can Run Your Whole Business on Autopilot, Without Staff”
“How You Can Get the Body You’ve Always Dreamed Of, Without Giving Up Your Favorite Foods”
Another way to increase the irresistibility of the offer is to promise it in a surprisingly short time frame. Domino’s Pizza famously used to offer delivery within 30 minutes and this is how it captured such a big market share.
DON’T UNDERVALUE AN IRRESISTIBLE OFFER
Don’t dismiss this exercise as a low priority in your business. It’s far more valuable than the activities that take up most of your day.
Checking email might be worth about $2 per hour, but coming up with an irresistible offer can be worth $10,000 an hour or more. When you think about the time it takes to come up with the idea, and the amount of revenue that a winning offer can bring in, it is more than worth putting time into.
What’s your current front-end offer? How can you make it better? How can you add more value? The more irresistible, the more customers you will get. Start brainstorming this today.
