If you want to be on the forefront of marketing in the 21st century, you do need to create videos.
Many people think they can’t make a video, for a variety of reasons. Either they think they have nothing to talk about, or they don’t have good enough equipment, or they are too shy. At the end of the day, this is just a limiting belief.
As soon as you make one video, you break that barrier, and it doesn’t matter if your first video is rubbish. The second will be better than the first, the third will be better than the second and so on.
You immediately become authoritative when you start presenting webinars. You will have more status and people will perceive you as an expert.
When Paul Dunstan presented his first webinar, only one person showed up. He could have given up and said, “well, I may as well get on the phone with you,” but he pressed on. He did a proper webinar introduction, exactly the same as if he had 100 people present.
Why? Because that one person didn’t know they were the only one present, and it gave Paul a chance to practice his presenting technique. Again, the second will be better than the first and so on.
